Tuition Rates & Policies 2024-2025
Preschool (Ages 2 - 4)
Tuition is paid weekly through Brightwheel through auto-draft.
Tuition includes care available from 6:45 am - 6 pm, lunch, snacks and school supplies.
A child will receive a $10 discount per week if a sibling is enrolled in the Academy or the preschool.
Registration Fee: $100
Two-Year Olds (PK2): $235 Weekly Tuition
Three-Year Olds (PK3): $225 Weekly Tuition
Four-Year Olds (PK4): $225 Full-Time Weekly Tuition / $135 Part-Time Weekly Tuition

Elementary, Middle & High School (K5 to 12th)
Fees
New Student Enrollment Fee: $200 (New students only, grades 1-12, includes placement testing)
*Fees are non-refundable
Returning Student Registration Fee: $125 (Secures student enrollment)
Program: $450 (Per student, grades K5-12) – Program Fee is due June 1
Capital Assessment: $450 (Per family, grades K5 – 12) – Capital Assessment Fee is due July 1
Annual Tuition
Kindergarten (K5): $ 9,150 (Kindergarten is a full-day program.) School hours are 8:00 am - 2:55 pm.
Elementary (1-5): $ 9,150 School hours are 8:00 am - 2:55 pm.
Middle School (6-8): $ 9,870
High School (9-12): $ 9,870
*Tuition may be paid monthly (August – May), bi-annually, or annually through Blackbaud Tuition Management. A credit of $200 is given for each student if the tuition is paid in full on or before August 1st (split accounts do not qualify for prepaying discounts). Semi-annual payments must be made by paying the first half by August 1st and the second half by January 1st. A $100 credit will be applied to each semi-annual payment per student.
*The Academy offers multi-child discounts for preschool and grades K5 -12. Call for discount prices. Fees are not discounted.
*Before and after school care are available at $4.25 per hour. Morning care opens at 6:45 a.m., and after-care closes at 6:00 p.m.
